Prerequisites for returns
- The material must be new and in unopened packaging.
- Packages must be undamaged and with the original label.
- The packaging of the product is not transport packaging. Use additional packaging.
- Only products that are classified as A or B products, at the time of ordering, are possible to return.
General Conditions
- Return fee is 100 EUR per order + 20% of the value of the item.
- Returns may not be made later than 3 weeks after delivery.
- Returns must be made to our warehouse in Örebro
- Return shipping is paid by the customer to our warehouse in Örebro.
- The RMA number and return address will be obtained after approved return request and must be attached upon return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns.
Exception for returns
- Consumables, such as batteries, air filters, greases, etc.
- Softwares.
