Delivery terms

The terms below do not replace any specific customer agreements.

CIS products are exempt from the terms below. For conditions regarding CIS products, please contact our sales department.

Terms of delivery: General conditions according to NL17, with changes and additions according to below.

Shipping terms: 
Shipping terms as agreed. Express delivery is possible up to 30kg for a cost of 80 EURO. Any return shipping is paid by the customer to our warehouse in Örebro.

C-product (make to order): Orders for items that are categorized as c-products at the time of ordering cannot be cancelled after the order has been received by Mitsubishi Electric.

Small order addition:
An additional fee of 30 EURO for orders under 150 EURO for manually handled orders. Orders placed in our e-shop are not affected by this small order fee.

Warranty: 

Mitsubishi Electric offers a 1-year warranty on its products.

For PLCs, HMIs, and frequency inverters, there is an option to register products for a 3-year warranty.

For warranty inquiries, contact sales-fa@se.mee.com We initially need a fault description and the serial number of the affected item.

Repairs out of warranty:
Repairs can be carried out upon request.

Prerequisites for returns

• The material must be new and in unopened packaging. 
• Packages must be undamaged and with the original label. 
• The packaging of the product is not transport packaging. Use additional packaging. 
• Only products that are classified as A or B products, at the time of ordering, are possible to return. 

General Conditions

• Return fee is 100 EUR per order + 20% of the value of the item. 
• Returns may not be made later than 3 weeks after delivery. 
• Returns must be made to our warehouse in Örebro 
• Return shipping is paid by the customer to our warehouse in Örebro. 
• The RMA number and return address will be obtained after approved return request and must be attached upon return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns.

Exception for returns

• Consumables, such as batteries, air filters, greases, etc. 
• Softwares.
• CIS-products.
